approach to Rambles?

Has anybody gone to Rambles lately? 3 weeks ago we drove up and did not see any footsteps or anything that looked like a trail. We parked across the foot bridge.

Also quite curious about the condition it's in. Is the approach pitch leadable?
Would central gully be the best choice?

Approach beta would be appreciated since we are not sure if we were at the right parking pullout.

Foot bridge? You mean steel bridge sitting on the side of the road? From the pullout walk across 99 to the steep talus at your 11 o clock. Once you get up the scree for 15-20 you will see ice. Theres no trail and I've never seen enough snow to look for footsteps. You're going to have to take a leap of faith.

I couldn't tell you current conditions. It's sounds like a cold snowless winter in the Coastals!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
