excruciating pain the back of rear right heel

I get this horrible pain in the back of my right heel. Before I climb I stretch but ill do a v0 before doing harder stuff and right at the end it'll feel like some body is putting my heel in a vise. Any idea what this might be?

Sounds like the area of your Achilles tendon. I recommend seeing a doctor, preferably an orthopedist.
