I was on the West Side today climbing Bills Bad Bolts. We originally wanted to do Rock Around the Clock but it was soaked with water. Point is, there has been a lot of rain lately so some routes are seeping water or a little moist if they are mossy or covered in lichen If you look around and are flexible you can find dry stuff to climb.
Hey Savanna, I climb at Pinnacles a 2-3 weekends a month this time of year. I prefer to climb in areas away from Discovery Wall, Tourist Trap, Monolith,The Flumes, etc. If you do not mind longer approaches, lichen, loose rock, moss, and obscure routes send me a message.
Any of you guys know of guides/friends willing to teach in this area? My partner and I have just learned about Pinnacles. We have been climbing indoors/bouldering outdoors for a year now, and are ready to take things to the next level! Super interested in checking out Pinnacles this Friday, hoping to find someone who might let us climb with them! (:
