No routes on a small section of Table Rock's (NC) east face?

I,m hoping to get some input from some people that are familiar with the climbing at Table Rock. I have been searching around and cannot seem to find any information about any routes that exists to the left of Rip Van Winkle above the tree ledge at the top of the second pitch. If one looks at the selected climbs topo, the area is left blank. I know there is a lot of brushy stuff over there but from looking at a picture of the east face, there looks to be a nice slab at least a pitch in length to the extreme left of that tree ledge which is not on mountain project nor in the selected climbs guide. Does anyone have information on this area? What are the chances of finding old fixed pins there?

Thanks

Find a copy of the old Thomas Kelly/ Tommy Howard NC guidebook. That should have the info you are looking for.

Can't seem to find anything about it in that book either.

You might ask Jeep Barrett who was the head climber forever at Table Rock for Outward Bound or Doc Klein in Asheville.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
