What are these called?

In the following video, the super impressive people (maybe halfway through the video or so) train/play on these suspended wooden boards with foot support on the bottom. The boards rock/sway and you have to manage to climb up one then transfer to the other. Anyone know the name of this/these training tools? I think the design allows one to experience and learn balance and how to use momentum to your advantage, or so it seems to me via the video. They look fun regardless! Im just curious if they have a name and what purpose do others use them for specifically? Thank you! |

right on csproul! good catch, they are definitly similar, the American Ninja Warrior one looks harder though. The only difference I see between the two is that the Germans had a nice rail for feet where as the ANW one didnt seem to. Id never seen them at all, anywhere, but obviously some others knew about them and/or atleast the idea behind them. They just look fun and could be beneficial for sure, at some point, maybe not always. |
