We had a wonderful trip to Red Rocks but were saddened to see this kind of defacement at the second pullout. Ugh. I don't know what the solution is, but even if it isn't spray paint...it still is ugly and destructive. With all the traffic the park is getting, visitors need to be aware that this is not acceptable.
One small thing you can do is give your support and time to the Friends of RRC group, who have been actively trying to clean up graffiti.
Steel yourself: you shouldn't be surprised when you get comments that _support_ mindless graffiti like this, as if places like RR were an infinite resource.
