It seems to be lining up Cats against Byods!! that is weird

How popular it becomes is dependent on the approach I'm thinking. I can't see the whole face in the photo but it's probably OK...borderline choss. A lot depends on what the starts look like and how you clean and develop.

I hope you are considering property lines, access impacts

Two separate climbs? One with bolts & one with only anchors or just a bolt or 2.

'Another Scaredy Cat', (is the working name, project w/bolts )

Of course - who ever bags the FA can name it.

Use whatever protection you want, make it safe as can be, It is all cool.

'Ain't No Skardy Cat', should go on gear only, ( with bolted anchors )

but only for the next ten years then bolt it. as well.

It looks like a good place to top rope.

I agree. After ten to twenty years of nobody having any urge to climb the runout choss, then bolt it.
