Aleks How to make flash and use rests when not to have bolts and no rest? Also I like you are pictures but I think if you flashes 5.13 now, if you lose much body mass you flash into 5.17b

Yes, I perhaps may make greater flash if I can lose some body mass, it is true. However I very much like the great satisfaction of the cheesesteaks. No matter how hard your climbing rocks are, you must still find way to gain slight rest and feel forearms becoming refreshed at crux. Even if you must simply pump yourself up within the inside of your own head with no rest so you will not be so mentally challenge.

I for usual eat several high quality cheesesteaks for any enjoyable difficult flash. I feel this may be becomings of a food addiction ever since I move to united states. I would also like for eating several raw fisheads before any good flash more harder 5.13 or v7. I find even though weight probably drags me down, I still cannot flash without the eating of the cheesesteak.

It is 4 routes taken 4 times for redpoint in order to prepare for difficult flash at grade, then once complete, you may move the climbing rocks to the next grade. For myself, I find that 4 cheesesteaks taken 4 times along with each redpoint will keep me with proper motivations and enjoyment of the climbing rocks and 4-plan process. I believe the steak would help with my build of muscle for the climbing, but probably the cheese is not so great for enjoyable flash. Only problem here is that each time I progress I wi eat bigger bigger cheese steak, and I do not have the certainty that this will be sustainable at higher level for flash. Perhaps maybe I seeks the food addiction counseling?

Sent a project today. It was enjoyable but not as enjoyable as it would have been had I flashed it. Thanks for keeping things in perspective and motivating me Aleks!

Climbing friend Travis! I am very filled with happiness that you make enjoyable, difficult redpoint on this fine day! Do not worry you will have many enjoyable flash, especially with use of 4-plan. What is the type of climbing rocks you do the climbing on? Were there many small holds of square shape? Do your forearms becoming refreshed at crux? What do you uses for the motivations for your training? I think cheese steak to motivate may be enjoyable, but not so excellent for flash. I very much like you try make excellent, difficult, enjoyable, pumping speed flash, or perhaps just magnificent soaring flash, on your next day on the climbing rocks! I very much like you get great satisfaction of the flash!

Aleks, I noticed that over multiple posting the quality of your Anglo-Russian changes - both vocabulary and grammar appear to go up and down the grade level. Perhaps it is a function of 4-planned flashes?

Perhaps it is a function of 4-planned flashes? It's true, I sometimes can speak better or worse in the English, depending on my condition. I suffer from flashington's disease and things can get much better or worser quite as fast. Would you be having of any great satisfaction of the flash this past weekend? I would like to hear of difficult, bold yet enjoyable flash. I hope to see you on the climbing rocks!

Hi Aleks, I had great satisfaction of the flash this past weekend. It was runout and difficult but interesting gear placement, but the cold was good for the rocks friction which made my stomach calm. Do you ever have scary but satisfying flash in the cold rocks good friction?

climbing friend j.henry, Would you do the telling please more of your satisfactory flash? What were the climbing rocks like? What were the hold type? How do your forearms feel at the crux? Do you feel pumping flash as you do the placing of the gear? I do be having of the great satisfaction of the flash in good conditions on the climbing rocks, and sometimes scary. For example I went must climb at unaweep canyon near grand junction for bouldering last weekend. I feel with the wind it was very cold. I find highball problem of bouldering along v8 arete in nine mile hill, with use of the laybacking near thin crux at top. I find myself about to slip off and fall on back, but I think of Sven Lavransen and my forearms become refreshed at crux. I feel I would must fall if weather was warmer and the hands slipping off the arete. Very glad the temperatures were in the lower. It definitely helped, but everyone knows the most important true aspect of climbing is that your forearms must be refreshed at crux. climbing friend benjaminadk, I feel you must be making of the fun of me, and I do no like this. Like many climber, my ego is very fragile, and I must need be having constant validation and making the peoples impressed with my great excellent flashings on the climbing rocks! Perhaps you will not be such angry american, and we can be climbing friends one day on the climbing rocks!!! I hope you experience magnificent flash next day at the climbing rocks.
