Put an ad on CL for someone to do laundry and clean out your room. $40 a task, unless it deserves more...at which point,really dude? At least to the point where it looks like a normal(non-dirty) room, picked up if you will.
Buy some 1 gal ziplock(or larger) and put each shoe/boot in the bag and put it in the freezer overnight. Put baking soda in the bag, doesn't need to be in your shoes.
Rip open a few trash bags, put a fan in the window, tape the bags over your door, and turn on the fan, and cut a hole in the bags but not to large a hole. Rip off trash bags when the smell is gone. Light some incense.
That's as zero effort as you'll get. The most important thing is that you get some fresh airflow(leave your window open, move anything you hang in the middle of your room, etc.) when your stuff is clean. It won't smell nice until you clean it.
