Description
There is a variety of quality bouldering to be found here. Erratics, outcroppings, and short cliff bands are located throughout the park. The style of climbing is varied and consists of face climbs, slabs, cracks, overhanging walls and highballs. There are two walls that can TR'd: Eagle Cliffs and Ball Field Boulders Main Wall. However, the TR climbing is limited and the route quality is poor. The most concentrated area is the Ballfield Boulders (see GPS location). The Hidden Wall is worth a look and has the best problem in the area, if not the state. It is unknown if climbing is permitted so please proceed with caution. For more beta, check out the Climbing NJ guide.
