"High gravity day" = I'm probably hungover "Sandbagged" = I'm too weak "the pro doesn't look good enough" = I'm terrified

I have an autoimmune disease that attacks my muscles. Most specifically, my trapezius. Yes, you can ask my doctor.

1 - I come off couch 2 - I mention casual some injury that I still recover from 3 - I have not been climbing on the climbing rocks enough 4 - I have not complete a good 4-plan to build base for this grade of hard flash 5 - I climb yesterday and no fully recover 6 - I feel sick, must have the poison of food 7 - I drink too much the night before 8 - If I can't make it an excellent flash on first try, route not worth it to me 9 - I could have made that move but the climbing rocks are too sharp 10 - conditions would not be correct for the enjoyable flash 11- I would not to have warmed up properly on enough easy route of climbing rocks

Not to get all serious about this, but is there a difference between excuses and reasons? Seems to me a lot of the things mentioned here can definitely be reasons (in a pure cause-and-effect sense), even if they're commonly used as excuses.

If your partner says you're too fat, it's a reason. If you're saying you're too fat/weak, it's an excuse.

That is another excuse I use too. Yes I talk to inanimate objects as if they care.
