What holds would you suggest for replicating this system wall?

Here is Stefano Ghisolfi on the system wall.

Also, what kind of grade would you give it?

Is it really only at a 45 degree angle because it looks a lot steeper?

Here's another angle of it:

Yusuke Morimoto

Joe Moravsky

From Threeball Climbing I'm looking at the TW79 or Thor.

From Atomik Climbing, I'm looking to add some smaller holds like the 10 small simple incuts or 10 thin crimps

I didn't see a system wall in any of those videos. Atomik supplies ANW with holds so your best bet would be to email Atomik, they are very helpful.

Sorry, I got the terms mixed up. System walls are supposed to be symmetrical to work on specific movements on both sides and what I referred to as a system wall is just a steep woody with random roof jugs.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
