Looking for a San Antonio/Austin area climbing partner 10/16-10/20

Hello everyone,

I have a few days off and I'd like to explore what my new home has to offer. Anyone interested in going to or meeting up at Enchanted Rock, Hueco, or Reimers between Oct. 16 and 20th? I'm an experienced climber (lead solid 5.10+ trad, 5.11+ sport; V5 Boulder) with a rack and bouldering pad. I'm open to suggestions.

Hi Cody, Have you heard about the Granite Gripper climbing competition? It is on October 25th at Erock. If you're free that weekend, you should check it out. They always put on a great event and this year there is supposed to be some pretty huge cash prizes!

Thanks for the info on the Granite Gripper. Unfortunately, I think I'm committed in San Antonio that Saturday until noon, but maybe I'll head up to catch the tail in of it.

I'm sure I'll be at either erock or Reimers (or both) that weekend. Shoot me a PM if you need a climbing partner.

Hueco is a hell of a drive (~8 hours), so I wouldn't go unless you're going to stay a few days.
