Good Neoshell climbing pants other than the Rab Stretch Neo?

Looking for a good climbing pant made from NeoShell fabric.

I like the Rab Stretch Neo, but the cut doesn't work for me. (It's made for slim folks, and I'm too "thick" for it.)

Anyone recommend a good NeoShell pant?

Rab has a new pant: us.rab.uk.com/products/mens…

Otherwise, I can only think of Marmot: marmot.com/products/details…

Can't think of anyone else out there that uses NeoShell, especially in pants.

FYI, you'll probably only get one good season out of some Neoshell pants. It's a great fabric, but doesn't seem to stay waterproof for very long in high wear applications.

Decided to get the Mountain Equipment ArcLight pants.

Scuff guards on the cuffs to protect from crampons, seemed to fit me reasonably well.

Hope they work out.

I was just looking at the Arclight's. How do they fit in the lower leg? Are they baggy like most climbing/skiing pants or are they built some-what streamlined in the lower leg for climbers? I like a tight fit just below the knee to the bottom so they don't snag on my crampons. How is the Neoshell material? Stretchy at all?

They aren't too baggy. Built more like a climbing pant than a typical ski/snowboard pant.

Material doesn't seem all that stretchy. I didn't notice any stretch at all. If it's stretchy, it's just a little bit stretchy.

Size X-Large is a 36 inch waist. Size Large is a 34 inch waist.

Thanks, dude. Best of luck with them. I'd be interested to see how the NeoShell performs. I have yet to use anything "NeoShell" yet. Keep me posted!
