Does anyone know of a good rock climbing spot that's near sand dunes? I'd prefer coastal. Top rope/sport climbing, 5.9 and below. I'm trying to make a trip to OR for a weekend and be able to rock climb and ride my quad in the dunes in the same weekend for my birthday. Thanks!

It's pretty slim pickins on the west side... There's some climbing in the Columbia river gorge, but it doesn't really meet your description.

Spend a day at the beach and then head to Central OR to get the goods! Smith rock is great.. Not sure if there is much in the way of top/ropeable climbs though.

ozone is only 30ish mins outside portland, so 2-2.5 hours from the coast. thats doable on a weekend

If you are headed down to Florence, then the Callahans are probably your best bet.
