A new 5 piece SS 1/2" bolt was added to replace the botched right lok-bolt. Rap rings and links were added to both bolts. The old botched hole on the right was patched with epoxy.
This right anchor bolt was replaced. It was drilled at an upward angle and the hanger was at least 1/4" off the rock. As you can see, this levered the bolt stud and the nut was barely on the stud.
