Anything coming from Bishops office that involves the environment one should be suspect, damn suspect, real suspect. Personally, I am against the rec fees and will continue to be against them until the timber, mining, grazing, and extractive industries pay their fair share when it comes to environmental assessments, management, and clean up. If they can be subsidized so can recreational users.
