To the poster who complained that you can't place them one handed, clearly you haven't practiced. They place as easlly as any other piece places. Same goes with Big Bros. A bit of practice will have you placing them on-handed with ease.

On to recommendations.

I usually carry black, pink, red and brown. If I'm in Eldo, Red Rocks, alpine areas or the Gunks, I'll double or triple up on the pink and red. I also carry the #5, orange, in those areas. I know, I'm weird, but I find millions of places for a #5 where nothing else seems to go. It's also cheap and light. I'm not a fan of the blue, green, white, black or the 6 and 7.
