Rental house/ flat in frisco/Dillon

Hey mp I am looking to rent out a house in frisco, Dillon or evergreen end of October beginning of November. I figured I'd see what you fine folks on mp have to say. Late October/early November is a tough time to find housing in Summit County. Have you put an ad in the Summit Daily? Have you looked in the real estate ads in the Summit Daily?

Hey mark, thanks for the tips. You're right. Not much availability in summit county. Honestly I'm not opposed to living east of the tunnel. My work is near Georgetown. It would be nice to be close to the skiing though, not imperative. If anyone knows of a house/ room for rent. I'm 25 and I'm very clean and motivated. I'm not the guy who sits around all day stinking your place up with bad attitude.

If your work is in Georgetown, get a place there and keep the commute short. Loveland, Winter Park and the Summit County areas will be in easy day tripping distance, and Vail and Beaver Creek will be doable as day trips too. Plus Front Range climbing will be pretty accessible on warm days, to say nothing of Earth Treks.
