Upper Rock Creek Canyon Road Condition

I hear that there is road construction near the Patricia Bowl Parking area, anyone know if that is still the case?

Yes it is. But you can still find parking up higher . Just have to walk a few hundred yards to the hilton trailhead. No big deal. And there is no construction activity on the weekend.
