Routes - walk/scramble to the top

Hopefully this doesn't sound strange.

Are there any routes near the Boulder area that have a walk/scramble up option so that I can practice my rap (and rap anchor) skills when I don't have a partner? I didn't see a way to find that information via the route search option..

Thanks,

I had posted this to a similar question, but rapping down established routes without actually climbing them won't be highly appreciated if there are climbers around.

This is of course 'merica and you can do as you damn well please...but you'll probably get a minimum of a stink eye and nasty comment if you are bogarting routes to sport rappel. That's why they are "climbing" routes.

Just go find a choss pile somewhere. Should be easy with all the trees etc.

Table Mountain, the Risk Area. As busy as Table gets, it's still often empty down there. Easy access to the top for select routes.

The opposite end is also easy to get to, but it is more crowded.

Happy hour crag in boulder canyon is a good one that I can think of off the top of my head

Also: if you are willing to venture away from Boulder, essentially every route in Castlewood Canyon is trivial to top-rope, and 90% of them are empty all year round.

Scout Rock in So. St. Vrain. There are several rap anchors accessible by the walk-up.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
