There is still snow in the cirque albeit not very much. The lower stream in the gully beneath the hyperform wall flows 24/7 until the snow melt ceases.
Went up on Saturday (7/26). Water is getting scarce. We took the approach from Alpine, and the spring after the second Hamongog is still running pretty fully. After that there was no water until we got into the cirque. There are some small snow patches around the summit walls but I never saw them running. There are still small pools (a few gallons) if you hike 10 minutes down towards the exit from the cirque....don't know how long they will last.
Last post for water at lone peak cirque was 11 days ago and with low amounts, so I assume water is now pretty none existent up there. Anyone able to confirm that?
I got word from a friend who went up on Sunday 08/10 that there were still some small pools of water in the gully on the way into the cirque, and very small snow patches at the top of the cirque. I guess the recent cool temperatures have helped them to last a bit longer.
