^^^ I concur. I'm stoked though. Is there an estimated time on the bouldering guidebook release?

I am hoping to go to the printers by the end of the summer, making the guidebook available by the fall 2014 season. This is an extremely hopeful finishing date however, but I am continually working on the book and will keep doing so whenever times allows. Thanks,

I just got my hands on the new Adirondack Rock Climber's guide....sick!!! Jim and Jeremy did an amazing job on the sequel. I would definitely go to the website adirondackrock.com/purchase… and pre-order a copy. I'm being told it will be available around the 1st week of September. The 2nd Edition is full color and is a 2 volume set. Each volume is smaller than the previous version, which is nice. The attention to detail in this guidebook is second to none....quite impressive.

Thanks guys. We're pretty psyched about it.

In case you missed it, there's a new newroutes page. The book isn't even out yet and there's already 40 new routes!

Met up with my good buddy JHaas after work on Friday for a whirlwind 24 hours. Drove to pick up "The Books" in my retired FedEx van/camper (just broken in at 300K miles). This photo is taken outside of Syracuse..we made it to New Paltz at 2 am, just in time for last call at Bacchus.

Spent the day visiting with shops and gyms and climbers along the way. It was awesome.

Rock and Snow-->The Edge Halfmoon-->Mountain Man Supply (Saratoga, but they've sent some to Old Forge)--> Rocksport-->Fountain Square Glens Falls-->The Mountaineer-->Southern Adirondack Rockclimbers Festival !

Psyched that pre-orders are on the way, and Brian has some at High Peaks in LP as well. I'm sure they'll find their way throughout the northeast...but I'm not part of that rodeo.

Bring on fall.

Before 1000lbs of books got loaded into the adventuremobile...

Couch and van bivi

End of Day One

Stay tuned for day two.....

That's great, guys.

Does this mean that the pre-orders are in the mail?

Can the new guidebook be bought in Lake Placid?
Thanks!

Doc's post above says High Peaks Cyclery has some copies.
