Speaker needed

What subject would you like the speaker to pontificate upon? Ice climbing?

John Sheman just gave a great talk last week in Bishop, maybe he could give a talk about bouldering with your church???

As entertaining as this would be to us heathens, I agree with Owen. Maybe try and call some of the local climbing/hiking clubs/branches (AAC, Sierra Club, more local ones) to see if anyone is interested.

That this wasn't specified in the first place leads me to believe this experience would be less-than-satisfying for whomever volunteers for this "talk."

edit: seems legit as long as you know that "chasing Ice" is referring to the documentary rather than something more rock climbing centric

That's pretty funny. And could be true. A "speaker" could be just a piece of equipment. Too bad the OP hasn't bothered responding.
