Best (optimization) of available wall space/training space

MP: I have a good bit of wall space I need to use up. There are quite a few 3/8" sleeves already in the wall from previous climbing wall experiments and I'm wondering if any of you all had good ideas for how to maximize the training potential for a dead vertical, 10'' wide x 11' tall middle section as well as the corners to either side (stemming problems/ arête problem) and can install new sleeves as needed. Most of the original holes are visible in the picture. Anyone have stellar ideas?

Move the light back put in a moon board or a 45degree wall with a 12 inch kicker plate. Training on a vertical surface is going to get boring really quick.

double width moon board that is symmetric, with adjustable steepness. that would be pretty sweet.

Thanks! good ideas for some DIY projects...anyone ever made one? How hard is it/how expensive is it? I've got 99% of the tools I could need plus space to build in. So really I just need supplies (lumber, t-nuts, screws, more holds & time)

Will keep MP posted with progress.
