Fast & Easy Soba Salad
Check this out for the weekend, whether camping or on the go. It's fast, easy, healthy and can be vegetarian or not. |
I like it! Thanks! |

Ok, I read the full recipe. There's no bugs in this. |

"Asian salad dressing of your choice" - gross. I'd just go with soy sauce and sesame oil and top with scallions, traditional Japanese ingredients - clean and simple taste. |
My problem was not with the insects, but rather the fact that we now have "writers" out there who think that Europe is a country. Not to mention the grammar. |
True, you can make your own dressing. Lots of people I've talked to don't want to mess with that kind of stuff. This is an easy alternative. You might be surprised that it actually tastes good. |

Sad really when I was looking for a recipe for my coeliac daughter :You probably already know, but most commercially available soba is made with wheat flour. Pure buchwheat soba sans wheat is very rare. I have never seen it on any grocery or Asian food market shelf. |

It's the only reason I buy them. Pretty sure they are 100% buckwheat. |
