Description Suggest change

Sur La Pointe is a Joel classic. He was all about this problem at the time and it has a very nice name (look up the definition). This is a challenging and tricky one move wonder dyno from a perfect one pad edge that accommodates eight fingers. The right toe frontpoints in a small, shallow pocket, smear the left foot and launch for the sloping lip!

Surprised you only gained a few vertical feet? It is difficult to generate any pull with the hands at all, everything is about leaping with the right toe pocket. It very much helps if you have a new edge on your shoes. I tried this probably 50 times before succeeding.

Location Suggest change

On a boulder downhill from the Colflesh area proper. The climb will be facing downhill away from you and would be challenging to find without a local.
