Dip Wall RRG closure

Anyone have any information about the closed section of this wall?

The USFS has closed several areas, typically roof protected due to archaeological reasons. Probably some artifact was found there and may believed to have historical importance. Most of these areas will probably never be opened again. It is a pretty big fine if your caught crossing the fenced in areas. Although, most of these areas seem to be abandoned by USFS, despite the sign saying that a study will soon be done.
