I have no idea what kind of crazy redneck rappel anchor you could set up with a rack of passive gear and 6 pulleys. Maybe some kind of crazy rescue zip line?

Holy crap! I have that Singing Rock harness, I bought mine in 1999. I wonder if that is the age of all that stuff?

I PROPOSE, a weekly contest, where we choose the best one, and the winner receives SMS screenshots of us all trolling the seller....

+1 for Brassmonkey, this is a goldmine
$3800 bucks, he doesn't even have 3800 pixels up there, and if all that gear is really new and unused, i feel sorry for that poor fella and his shopping addiction

This thread is great. I just looked on craigslist for fun and it literally took me 10 seconds to find these two gems:

denver.craigslist.org/spo/4…

'Climbing Rope $50'

'Approx 110 ft. climbing rope. This was left behind by one of my roommates from hell and I'm just trying to recoup some of the money that he owes me. It appears to me to be in good shape but that's about all I can tell you. I don't really know anything about them.'

in perfect condition! It's only been sitting in the sun for a month

Maybe I should send him the link to make a mat out of it? He'd get more money out of it that way.

Or this one:

it's a steal!!

this fine rack is available in Chattanooga for just $750, but the price is negotiable. they will also trade for guns and big block chevy parts.
