Electric Stimulation for recovery

Anyone use any type of electric stim. machines for muscle recovery? I'm specifically looking for it in my forearms for after climb recovery. I've been using a machine while at physical therapy for a knee injury and found it helps a lot. I've been looking at purchasing a maching, but there is such a wide range out there, I wondered if anyone had given it a try?

Thanks,
E

Here's an opinion from training guru Steve Bechtel.

BTW, Steve's new blog is located here: elementaltraining.com/

Lots of great stuff for those interested in improving as a climber.

The link to the blog worked for me.

The link under the word, "Here's" did not work for me.

Me neither. Doh.
