Fixed (?) rope at Devil's Den (Pawtuckaway)

There was what appeared to be a fixed rope on the left side of the cliff at Devil's Den. It didn't seem like anyone was around and the rope didn't make it to the ground. Unfortunately there was nothing I could do at the time and it might not even be there anymore as this was on Wednesday.

Does it belong to anyone? I'm not sure if the park will cut it down or not.

Was the rope over by the C2 Arch... I have a friend that's been working the upper moves Friend of The Devil.

It was near the C2 Arch. Thanks for the info. The park probably won't mess with it, but that's not to say that someone else won't.
