I'm going to be in Silver City, NM for 10 days in July/August. I will have a good amount of time to climb, explore, etc. during the day Mon-Fri. My questions for you are:
1. Where's the best climbing at?
2. Where's the rest of the climbing at?
3. Anyone have some availability between July 25-Aug 3?
4. Any other suggestions of things to check out during the day?

Regarding #4 of your list - I was born there but haven't been back in years; however I came across this article recently talking about how Silver City is a new foodie hotspot.

The cliff dwellings in the Gila Mtn's about 30 miles north are real nice. It's a natl. monument. The Gila Wilderness was the first wilderness area in the U.S.

Adding on to Laine's comment, check out the Curious Kumquat restaurant. The chef is world class and a climber:-)
