Sand Rock Free Clinics 6/12 & 6/13

Fox Mountain Guides and Climbing School will be at Sand Rock, Alabama this Thursday (6/12) and Friday (6/13) offering free two-hour educational clinics. Come out Thursday to learn about building and cleaning sport anchors, including proper rappelling technique. Friday’s topic will be traditional anchors and using set-up ropes. Participants are encouraged to bring their own rack, but we’ll have extra gear available.

While no reservation is required, you can hold your spot by emailing lance@foxmountainguides.com. Clinics will be capped at 12 participants – first come first serve. All skill levels are welcome. Both clinics will meet at the trailhead at 9 a.m.
