Description
Massive oblong tower close to the road. Overhanging on most sides, except for the South Ridge. Great potential for additional routes on all sides. Incredible summit about the size of a basketball court.
Getting There
No trail to base. Park at turnoff on the South side of the road, cross the road and start cutting grass. Bring your machete, as at least half of the approach is tall grass. Luckily the approach is less than 200m... it just might be the longest 200m of your life. Head into the tall grass and aim for the left edge of the tower. You can follow a creekbed for the first third of the way, then move up and left towards the rock again. You will encounter some rocky open areas that are a great relief from the tall grass. There are many places that will look like our old trail, but are most likely game tracks, so don't follow them if they are not taking you in the general direction of the tower.
