10 week internship outside of seattle
I live in Minnesota and I in a ten week internship program for Costco and live just south east of Seattle Washington. Have been climbing indoors hard for the last 2 years almost and feel like this is a perfect opportunity for me to get some good outside climbing in. Im trying to fill up every weekend possible with sport climbing, bouldering and hiking. Don't have any equipment for climbing other than harness, atc, shoes so can help out by driving or something? Ready to enjoy this summer and have some fun. |

matt, i live in Snoqualmie and enjoy climbing weekday nights, or afternoons Tuesday and Wednsday [my days off]. I have several great sport climbing areas in my backyard, maybe even a crack or two... we're headed up this afternoon. I mostly lead 5.8/5.10a trad/sport. |
Im more looking for something for my open weekends but for sure will come check it out. Shoot me a text or call and we could maybe work something out for me to run over right after work? |
FYI, I'm 23 years old and I climb around the 5.11/v5 range! |

We live in Seattle and go fairly regularly to Exit 38 and other places in the summer. We have rope and quickdraws. We are thinking of going to Exit 38 (sport climbing) this Sunday. We lead about 5.9 or 5.10 outdoors, & will try harder stuff on toprope. |

Awesome thanks for the invite, Yeah Im totally down for going out climbing this Sunday. I honestly haven't climbed outside in Minnesota other than some bouldering at interstate park. But I'm sure they have some crazy stuff because its super nice there. Idk if you want to meet out there or car pool, I'm driving from Covington. Please feel free to call or text me and we can figure this out for this Sunday! Should be really nice out! |
I'm in Canada today so I won't call or text. I will get back to you tomorrow regarding what time we might go. And I never heard of Covington before, but looking at the map it looks like carpooling wouldn't really make sense. It would be a detour for us or you, so better to meet at 38. You need a Discover Pass (state parks pass) to park there. |

So our plan is Exit 38 Deception |
