The rap chains at the very top of the tower on the road side. You could probably rap all the way to the ground with double ropes but it's probably not a good idea. These chains get you down about 20' to a huge ledge where you can rap a large tree.

Tree anchor we rapped off on the large ledge in the middle of Caver's Route P4. Used 2 70m ropes but I think one would have been fine. It's on the side of the rock facing the street. There are also chains above and below this tree.
