Huge. For trad cracks, only about .1% of the Wingate has been climbed, at an optimistic estimate. There are huge #s of boulders that haven't been touched. Lots of rock never been touched. Partner of mine developed an area (trad)as a personal playground in the late 80"s-20 minute hike & rappel in, from a heavily used road. Only sign of any previous use was a pin at the 5.11 crux of one crack that was otherwise 5.9-we figured it was Kor in the 60's. On the other hand, if you want sport with a ten minute approach, you're probably SOL.
