Anyone notice the "new" climbing magazine?

So I was just reading through my monthly Climbing magazine and couldn't help but notice the size able upgrade from previous issues. There appears to be new recurring columns by people I actually enjoy reading like Cedar Wright. Some new features that seemed to be at least an attempt to pry to magazine back from its much maligned ad filled dark days.

That's funny. I was flipping through it this morning and noticed that I was actually reading it instead of just looking at a few pictures and tossing it aside. It did seem a little more eye catching and worthwhile in my opinion but I really didn't think about it untill now.

You have a problem with his writing?

I've always enjoyed Rainey's contributions. I like articles, but ads keep the lights on. The balance can be hard to manage.

Cedar too...

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
