So they're doing the burn today, and there is a supposed 60% chance of rain on Thursday and Friday. I was going to climb both days up there, but now I'm deciding if I should just postpone the trip. I was going to drive up tonight.
In my experience, the weather reports are always wrong at the various crags I've been to. What would you guys do in my position? Thanks.

Philadelphia...I'd really like to climb, though. I don't mind climbing in light rain. Is the crag sheltered pretty well from rains?
oops that was MORGAN PATTERSON anyhoo Given the amount of rock you will drive by, it is possible to stop off at the power linez (area an hour south of the gunks) before the you commit to the rest of the drive. call Rock & Snow for the wetness evaluation. The near trapps and an asortment of well protected climbs do exsit , and lots of the 1st pitches of some of the harder climbs stay dry.
