vacationing solo to climb-suggestions?

I have about a month coming up soon in the July-August time frame in between quitting a job and going back to school, and I'd like to go somewhere outside the USA to bum around/climb for maybe few weeks to a month max. I've never gone on a climbing trip solo before to meet partners and was wondering what some good spots were. Great climbing is a plus obviously, but more interested in places where the locale tends to make it easy to show up and meet partners on a daily basis.

I went with my brother to the Tonsai area in Thailand last year and the way the peninsula was so small, all the climbers ate at literally the same place for dinner every night, so I could see how that would be a good place. I've been thinking about going back there, but kind of would like to try somewhere new. I've read some about Arco Italy, and arapiles in the land down under, but was wondering if anyone out there had some extra knowledge of an area that would have a good climbing culture, relatively accessible, etc. I'm open to pretty much any country that would be tolerable in July. sport or trad as long there are plenty of 5.11 and easier options (i'm not hardcore)

Thanks for the help!

Simple: head to the Peak in England. People will be very open to you just walking up to them at the crag, and just rig a rope and top rope solo on a day you don't find anyone. Plenty of bouldering too. If it rains, hop on the train to Font.
