I recently moved to Wisconsin, north east of Wausau and am looking for places to climb (inside and outside). Does anyone know any climbing groups in the area?

I too am new to Wisconsin, but live in Eau Claire. Unless you live in big cities its going to be hard to find some one to climb with

Hey Wes, I'm in Wisconsin Rapids and I'm always looking for reliable climbing partners. Send me a message.
As for locations, UWSP has an indoor climbing wall which you could look into, open most evenings while school is in session. Don't think the price is to high and the students running the wall right now are great.
Outdoor locations, probably The Hollow, Necedah, and Devils Lake. There maybe something in the Eastern part of the state--haven't climbed there.
Good luck,
Stephen

I live in Eau Claire, and we have a pretty solid group of climbers. There are a couple of home gyms that we climb at, and also we get outside as much as possible. If anyone is interested, send me a message.

Wes, I am up in Boulder Junction and will be looking for a climbing partner(s) through out July - the end of the good climbing weather. Message me if that time frame would work for you. Cheers

Are the home gyms public?

No, the gyms are private. I am the owner of one of the gyms. Get a hold of me if you want to climb.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
