High Wire new development?

Basically straight down to the river from the stone cold moderates there appear to be a few shiny bolted routes and then following the fixed line farther down there's a fun-looking overhung route.

This wall is closer to the river and also closer to the road than wall of justice. The first bolted route seemed like maybe a 10b/c ish with a little roof. The next one over maybe a 9, a little balancey but some big holds.

Anyhow, just looking for some info from people in the know
