I had to Google what an "AE phase" is. Google didn't help me at all. I'm guessing it relates to training somehow? Probably doesn't help that I don't train...
Dude, there's already so much information on this site about anaerobic endurance training all you have to do is search and you'll have more information at your fingertips than you know what to do with. Mountain Project has evolved into a bastion of training information; use what's already been discussed in your favor: do your research and then decide what you want to implement into your training based on your weaknesses and goals.
I usually start with Duck Dynasty but may supplement the red neck with hoarders. I periodically watch Dog the Bounty Hunter though.

i guess i couldn't tell if you meant aerobic endurance or anaerobic endurance. for the climbing i am doing most of the time lately, i don't really do either. i just toggle back and forth between HYP and recruitment/power. part of this is because i am primarily climbing routes that aren't very enduro. another part is that, for me, i can build endurance a lot easier than i can build strength/power. i'm just not naturally a strength/power person, so i have to put a lot of effort into building and keeping it.
I find a bouldering traverse that I cant onsight then I wire it and run laps on it until I get really bored of it. Then I find another one and wire it.
