He made a bad decision and now is suing the city for his own lack of judgment. |
Needs to be whipped......and the attorney that agreed to take this case too. |
This will probably just get thrown out. |
Unfortunately dumb shit like this helps to reinforce Hawaii's stance on rock climbing. I have a hard time understanding how people have no personal responsibility for their actions. |
you cant fix stupid. |
As a personal trainer, I'm sure he had absolutely no idea what a fall like that could do. |

We might as well put a DO NOT CLIMB sign on everything that can take you off of the ground. Stairs, curbs, trees, tall women. I mean, GOD FORBID someone falls off of something they climb up because no warning sign was put up. |

This article is so much better to read: gothamist.com/2014/03/30/br… Not a personal trainer that should be hired. |

Nice one Kathy! |
what sound did it make when he hit the ground? |
Mankind has forever changed since the invention of the tippy cup. |
The city should counter sue that moron for being stupid. |
What an ass hat. I hope this ass is not a real climber. By the looks of it, he's not. It's because of people like him that landowners can be swift to close climbing areas down. Worse yet, his attorney is trying to get climbing banned: "Stocks lawyer says the absence of a sign barring climbing is negligence. It just invites you or anybody with any athletic sense to give it a try, said attorney Andrew Spinnell." |
funny his email doesn't work on their website |
Why did Soho Strength Lab remove this from their website? This was there yesterday: |
