Hey I live near smith rock but I was wondering if there are any other crags in Oregon that offer overhanging climbing? preferably sport but I will take any bouldering spots as well.

noticed Rattle snake and the Rat caves, is there anything else in the area?

Looking for hard 10s to mid range 11s, or V5-7 range boulders

Ozone has some cool roof style overhung climbs (5.12a-d), and some milder overhung climbs. Hamilton Boulders has a couple roof boulder routes in the V5-9 ratings. Rat Caves is definitely overhung, but the easist route is 5.11d.

Ozone was a blast! Thanks for the idea! A great break from the smith crimp feast

Pretty much everything that's really overhung is going to be a bit harder than what you're looking for. The Zoo near Grey Butte/Smith is prob your best bet in this area.

If you ever get a chance to make it out to Salt Lake check out Big Cottonwood Canyon. You'll be hard pressed to find a crag WITHOUT an overhang or roof. Hell we have some routes that are practically inverted staircases!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
