The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
The area classic. An off balance move gets a foot established on the shelf 4' off the ground, grab the vertical seam/crack and stand up. Move up on mediocre to bad feet and small crimps to a good handhold near the lip, then go way over the top to a positive hueco.
