I lost a #2 camalot in Rock Canyon today. Would've been lying around. I can identify where it would've been found and the marking features. Free beer if you return it.

Thanks!

Rock Canyon? In Provo? You should probably offer Dr. Pepper or frozen yogurt instead.

Fair enough. I will offer a reward of similar monetary value for a beverage of your choice appropriate to your dietary/moral code!

I will be climbing there today. What area did you lose it in?

If you'd just check the base of Green Monster for me I'd be psyched.

Should be there around 11 and will certainly take a look for it.

Thanks, man. If you don't find it I'll at least owe you a belay. Cheers!

Sorry man. We looked at the base of the Green Monster along with the approach and didn't see it. I'll be there tomorrow too and will keep an eye open for it.

I'm thinking I may have lost it before this trip. Don't worry about it. Many thanks for checking. May you redpoint all your projects, and if you're ever in need, I owe you a belay.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
