Would there be better luck finding partners in May?

Possibly. The season pretty much ends here after Easter but there's usually a few folks who hang around a bit longer. I'll be here myself through most of May.

Do y'all know what the policy on bringing your own dogs is for La Posada? I have all the papers for my dog and everything, just was hoping to keep him in our room for big wall days. (Friends will be letting him out periodically!)

Dogs are welcome at La Posada. Be sure to bring your proof of rabies inoculation 'cuz they might ask to see it when returning back across the border.

group of 3: two 1/2 ropes or two 70m at potrero.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
