Black Castle, El Cajon Mtn.

Anyone know if Black Castle on El Cajon Mt is still Chopped? Last comment about it was in 2012 and it was indeed still chopped.

95% certain Black Castle is no longer chopped. It has been re-bolted.

100% certain it's rebolted, I climbed it a few weeks ago, pretty fun route. There's also another 10+, and an 11 to the right of it.

Awesome thanks! TJ have you climbed Napoleon? I am trying to link supply line to napoleon and then black castle, which might be interesting. Just climbed Triton Tower and it is great weather out there!

Napolean sucks; there are a few scary clips and a bush that's matted down with bird crap you mantle through, it's repulsive. It already sticks of decaying swallow crap up top so might as well minimize your exposure. FYI you can link Supply Line 1+2 and then 3+ Commander P4 with a 60m if extending bolts and skipping a few if you're comfortable with that.

Definitely take P4 of Commander instead of Napolean.
