It came in less than a week. Horst is importing and distributing them so you don't have to wait for it to come from overseas. When I ordered mine he had just received a fresh shipment so if he has them in stock I'd say you'll have it in less than a week as well.
Right now I've incorporated the rings, the sling trainer, and the floor stuff (sans parallettes) into my training. Since I have these setup at home I spend bout 45 minutes two nights a week going through those three sections and I'm having a lot of fun with it.

After watching their interview with Eric Horst, in addition to suffering from several serious tendon injuries because of muscle imbalance, I think they are spot on about the importance of antagonistic training and over all fitness. There are endless quantities of literature on how to build finger strength, which is only one component of strong climbing. Matros and Korb focus on systemic training tailored to the individual athlete, his strengths and weaknesses (physical and technical), time allocation for climbing, personal goals, etc.
Thinking of throwing this on my Christmas list. One question though. The PAL format on the DVD - will that play on a Windows computer? Or is it possible to get it in one that might play on a regular DVD player? Maybe convert it somehow?
